Since 2002 the Quality Management System at Monarflex has been certified according to ISO 9001. Today Monarflex are certified according to version 2008
We employ our quality system actively in order to maintain focus on continuous improvements in production processes as well as quality-, product development-, sales- and logistics processes.
It is the Quality Policy of Monarflex to:
- Deliver quality products which meet the needs and expectations of our customers. This includes delivering the right quantity at the promised time.
- Ensure quality through focus on manufacturing processes, business processes and other processes in Monarflex.
- Ensure that all employees understand the importance of, and actively take part in, continuous development of the quality of our processes.
- Ensure that all levels of the organization work with continuous improvements
Apart from Monarflex’ own quality management system, our production processes are also monitored by a number of external certification bodies. Many of our products that cater for the building and construction industry require local certification by the respective country’s building product certification authority. In this connection our production process is regularly audited by these authorities, in order for them to issue the relevant product certificates.
Monarflex is on the leading edge with adhering to standards and norms and naturally Monarflex products will be CE marked according to requirements. CE marking of vapour barriers was initiated as per 1st of September 2006, Wind barriers followed October 2006 and Roofing Underlays were CE marked January 2007.
Monarflex is also registered as an environmental company. In other words Monarflex undertakes to integrate environmental consideration into all activities that could have direct or indirect environmental impact.
Other areas receiving the highest focus at Monarflex are health and safety. We cherish our employees and leave no stone unturned in our efforts to make Monarflex a healthy, safe and secure company.
